Requirements

• 4+ years leading Field Engineers, Solutions Architects, or pre-sales teams in enterprise software
• Exposure to healthcare, health tech, or another regulated industry
• Experience navigating healthcare buyers including compliance, security and procurement dynamics
• Proven ability to partner with Sales while maintaining technical integrity and trust
• Comfortable guiding teams in high-pressure customer-facing deal environments
• Strong communication and executive presence with developers to CTOs
• Builder mindset thriving in fast-moving startup environments
