Requirements

• 3+ years leading Field Engineers, Solutions Architects, or pre-sales teams for vertical or Fortune 500 accounts
• Demonstrated expertise supporting accounts in High Tech, Retail, Life Sciences, Finserv, Public Sector, Aerospace, or Healthcare
• Proven track record engaging technical buyers, developers, architects, and CTOs in regulated or complex industries
• Strong technical foundation in modern software development workflows, AI tooling, and developer productivity
• Entrepreneurial drive comfortable building from zero, creating enablement assets, and running field events
• Proven ability to partner with Sales while maintaining technical integrity and customer trust
• Strong communication skills and executive presence with technical and business stakeholders
