Requirements

• 6+ years of brand design experience in-house or at an agency or studio
• Fluency in AI coding tools, especially Cursor, to build tools and prototypes
• Portfolio showing brand system work and shipped campaigns
• Sharp typography, layout, and art direction instincts
• Systems mindset for turning one-off tasks into reusable processes
• Conviction in design decisions with ability to explain to stakeholders
• Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Self-directed, fast, and energized by variety and ambiguity
