Requirements

• Deep technical foundations across APIs, software architecture, cloud infrastructure, data, identity, security and enterprise integrations
• Strong understanding of developer workflows, SDLC tooling, CI/CD systems, code review and enterprise engineering environments
• Customer-facing technical experience working hands-on with engineering teams and with technical leadership
• Experience designing workflows spanning tools, data, APIs and human processes
• Working grasp of security and compliance and scenario-based guardrails
• Excellent communication across technical, executive and business audiences
• Passion for developer tooling and how AI reshapes software engineering and knowledge work
• Willingness to travel to customers as needed
