Requirements

• Experience leading large, cross-functional technical projects with significant stakeholder complexity
• Strong customer-facing skills and track record building trust with senior technical and business leaders
• Ability to understand technical systems and communicate effectively with engineers
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking ownership without waiting for direction
• Bias toward action and willingness to dive in wherever needed to help customers succeed
• Experience with enterprise software deployments, technical consulting, solutions architecture, or program management
• Background working with developer tools, infrastructure, AI products, or technical platforms
• Experience partnering with large engineering organizations and executive stakeholders
• Previous experience at a high-growth startup
