Requirements

• Proven track record building and leading product management teams
• Deep hardware NPI fluency from concept through end-of-life, including DFM, validation and BOM cost management
• Experience with autonomous robots or complex electromechanical systems at hardware-software boundary
• Hands-on experience with vendors, suppliers, contract manufacturers and internal manufacturing teams
• Strong analytical and metrics discipline for data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication translating technical insight into business impact
• Bachelor's in mechanical, electrical, systems, robotics engineering or related field
• 10+ years in product management or engineering, including 5+ years leading PMs shipping complex hardware
