- 1+ year managing engineers and 2+ years as technical lead
- Strong foundation in robot kinematics, dynamics and control
- Experience building real-time robotic software in C++
- Track record taking control software from simulation to physical robots
- Experience planning and delivering software in fast-moving R&D environment
