Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 6 years in talent acquisition with focus on TA operations, systems and analytics
• At least 2 years directly managing people, preferably in recruiting operations
• Proven track record scaling scheduling logistics, SLA compliance and coordination workflows
• Hands-on builder comfortable establishing processes from scratch in high-growth environments
• Proven experience building recruiting programs or events and employer-branding initiatives
• Experience designing candidate and hiring manager surveys and NPS feedback mechanisms
• Expertise in Greenhouse ATS administration, data governance and tool integrations
• Strong project management, analytical and communication skills
