Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or related field
• 5+ years leading complex electromechanical system test development for automated manufacturing
• Proven technical leadership owning delivery of complex cross-disciplinary systems
• Formal people-management experience hiring, developing and directing a team
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior leadership and customers
• Experience leading teams in embedded systems, hardware/software integration and networked systems
• Familiarity with Git, code reviews, CI/CD workflows and Jira or similar
• Strong troubleshooting skills with complex electromechanical systems
• Comfortable in fast-paced evolving environments with up to 20% travel to manufacturing sites
