Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- 5+ years experience in Quality, Process, or similar engineering role
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering fundamentals and manufacturing processes
- Experience with hardware test and manufacturing fixture development
- Expert in statistical analysis tools such as GR&R, SPC, Cpk, 5Why and Fishbone
- Experience supporting new product launches from manufacturing or product development perspective
- Experience managing a team and providing coaching and feedback
- Excellent written and oral communication in highly technical applications
