Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field
• 6+ years of relevant enterprise systems experience including demonstrated people-management or team-leadership experience
• Proven people-management experience leading enterprise systems teams
• Working command of engineering and manufacturing platforms sufficient to direct and evaluate team's work
• Strong track record of setting strategy and building durable business processes
• Strong vendor and contract management skills, including SOW negotiation and holding integrators accountable
• Excellent people-management and project management skills running multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholder groups
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills across engineering, operations, quality, and executive leadership
• Proven ability to build, hire for, and develop a high-performing team, self-directed and biased toward action
