Requirements

• 5+ years of compensation experience in progressively responsible roles
• Working knowledge of compensation strategy, market pricing, job architecture and pay equity
• Solid understanding of compensation compliance including FLSA and pay transparency
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with compensation systems and market data sources
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or related field
• Clear communication and presentation skills with ability to advise non-compensation partners
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects independently
