Requirements
- MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or closely related field

- Expert hands-on experience with electromagnetic design, simulation and analytical modeling
- Deep understanding of motor fundamentals, winding theory, magnetic materials and thermal coupling
- Proven track record taking motor designs from prototype to volume manufacturing
- Experience with novel topologies, robotics constraints, MATLAB/Python and vendor management preferred
