Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of professional engineering experience in hardware design
• 4+ years of direct people management experience
• Deep background in at least two: RF/wireless integration, harness/flex-PCB, EMI/EMC, signal integrity
• Proven ability to manage competing thermal, mechanical and electrical constraints
• Hands-on leader able to dive into schematics and layout reviews while elevating senior contributors
