Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in product management
• Complex real-time operator interface or HMI experience under latency/safety constraints or immersive interfaces
• Background in human factors, HCI, or applied ergonomics with operator performance measurement
• Experience with teleoperation or remote operation of physical systems
• Strong analytical skills with performance tracking and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent verbal and written communication translating technical insights into business impact
• Able to wear and operate VR/XR headsets and teleoperation rigs for evaluation
