Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• Minimum of 5 years building and maintaining reliable, scalable systems
• Hands-on Linux systems engineering and networking experience
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Helm, Ansible)
• Development experience in Kubernetes, Python, TypeScript, and C++
• Experience creating dashboards and visualizations with Grafana
• Experience integrating real-time monitoring and alerting such as PagerDuty
• Strong communication skills with customer empathy and flexibility
• Takes initiative and seeks end-to-end ownership of infrastructure solutions
• Willingness to travel as needed and participate in on-call rotations
