Requirements

• Experience leading reliability programs for complex electromechanical products including MTBF allocation and demonstration planning
• Hands-on experience designing and running reliability testing such as life, accelerated, HALT/HASS, thermal and environmental with Weibull analysis
• Demonstrated ability to lead root-cause investigations across mechanical, electrical and firmware domains and run FRACAS to closure
• Experience technically leading and mentoring engineers and communicating reliability risks and tradeoffs to leadership
• BS in Engineering or related field + 15 years experience, or MS + 13 years, or PhD + 12 years
