Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business or related field
• 10+ years progressive experience in supply chain, materials, inventory, procurement, logistics or manufacturing operations
• 5+ years people-management experience leading managers and/or multidisciplinary operational teams
• Experience scaling supply chain operations from prototype/low-volume to higher-volume manufacturing
• Experience with complex BOMs, engineering changes, configuration management and NPI
• Experience implementing or improving ERP, MRP, WMS or inventory-management systems
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or continuous-improvement methodologies
• Experience with international logistics, import/export and trade compliance
