Requirements

• Deep proficiency in Python and at least one systems-level language (Go, Rust, or C++)
• 8+ years in ML platforms/infrastructure or 4+ years owning an MLOps platform to production
• Proficiency with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, Git, and CI/CD
• Demonstrated ability to lead by influence and mentor engineers across teams
