Requirements

• 12+ years leading safety certification or regulatory compliance for complex robotic or electromechanical products
• Proven experience defining global compliance strategy across U.S., Canada, Mexico, Europe, and Asia
• Deep understanding of functional safety lifecycle and machinery safety standards and CE marking
• Experience with EMC/EMI, electrical safety, NRTL and notified body testing and certification maintenance
• Bachelor's in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering, Robotics or related field; Master's preferred
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence engineering, product, and executive stakeholders
