Requirements
- Hands-on experience testing and characterizing actuators, motors, or gearboxes
- Experience operating dynamometer or motor test stand systems
- Experience with motor bringup and calibration workflows
- Ability to diagnose calibration and drive faults across firmware and electrical domains
- Comfortable leading technical workstreams and mentoring at staff level in fast-iteration hardware teams
- BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, Computer Science or related + 6 years, or MS + 4 years, or PhD + 2 years
