Ideal candidate

Hands-on operator from large-scale compute environments who thrives in ambiguity and owns outcomes end-to-end. Analytical, collaborative, and motivated to maximize fleet health through process, metrics, and vendor partnership.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years in infrastructure working within the compute lifecycle to maximize functional compute, ideally hyperscale, cloud, or large-scale environment
• Direct experience managing GPU, server, or data center hardware supplier relationships
• Understanding of fleet health, RMA processes, and contracted vs delivered capacity
• Highly analytical, able to pull data, build reports, and generate insights independently
• Comfortable with ambiguity and building what should exist from scratch
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with finance, infrastructure/engineering, legal, and security
