Requirements

• 5+ years supporting senior Engineering leaders in a high-growth technology company
• Exceptional organizational skills managing multiple competing priorities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with executive judgment
• Proven ability to coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives
• Experience with complex calendars, travel, inboxes and operating cadences
• Professional executive presence with senior leaders, customers and candidates
• Proactive, resourceful and highly autonomous with high attention to detail
• Thrives in fast-changing high-growth environments
