Requirements

• 3-5+ years supporting senior leaders in high-growth tech, VC/PE, or professional services
• Understand marketing organizations, operating rhythms, campaign cycles and GTM teams
• Exceptional organizational skills managing multiple competing priorities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication with executive-level judgment
• Ability to coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives with many stakeholders
• Experience managing complex calendars, travel, communications and operating cadences
• Experience supporting team offsites, celebrations and milestone events
• Proactive, resourceful, autonomous and thrives in fast-changing environments
