Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive equity administration or equity operations experience, ideally in a rapidly scaling private or newly public technology company
• Demonstrated ownership of complex equity operations with willingness to remain close to underlying data and transactions
• Strong knowledge of stock options, RSUs, vesting and settlement events, tax withholding, employee mobility, and operational requirements of equity plans
• Hands-on experience administering a leading equity platform and working with connected HRIS, payroll, accounting, and reporting systems
• Strong control mindset, including experience designing reconciliations, approval workflows, documentation, and audit support
• Ability to diagnose data issues, work through complex exceptions, and establish repeatable processes
