Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, MDM, IdM/SSO and video conferencing tools
• Proven experience administering macOS at scale with solid Windows knowledge
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and streamlining IT processes
• Excellent communication skills with passion for great support experiences
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
