Requirements

• 6+ years in marketing operations at a B2B SaaS or developer-tooling company
• Deep, hands-on expertise in MAPs AND Salesforce — field mapping, sync governance, workflows, campaign objects
• Has personally built lead scoring, routing, lifecycle stages, and attribution infrastructure
• Has lived through (and fixed) messy data: dedupes, backfills, spam attacks, tracking outages
• Comfortable with tag management (GTM), webhooks, APIs, and light scripting/automation
• Thinks in systems and failure modes
• Familiarity with email infrastructure and deliverability
• Obsessive QA instinct
• Strong stakeholder management across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Data, Design, and external agencies
• Moves fast without breaking the data; documents everything
