Requirements

• 5+ years in product, GTM, field enablement, or product marketing at an infrastructure, developer tools, or AI-native company
• Experience enabling internal sales field (AEs, SAs), not just customer onboarding
• Technical depth with CS/engineering background or prior SE/SA experience and ability to build demos
• Hands-on track record writing collateral and running enablement sessions
• Systems mindset focused on repeatable workflows and measuring impact
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity as first hire in the function
• Actively use AI tools to drive productivity
