Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years building scalable backend systems and platforms
• Experience building or operating observability systems or internal infrastructure at scale
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, or similar backend language
• Strong systems-level thinking for distributed systems and data flow
• Platform mindset building for adoption, self-service, and good defaults
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
