Requirements

• 1+ year in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations, ideally at a fast-growing company
• Hands-on experience administering or configuring an applicant tracking system, not just using it (Ashby strongly preferred)
• Ability to turn a hiring need into a working ATS setup with little direction
• Experience pulling and sharing recruiting data and keeping recurring reports up to date
• Experience building something with AI like a prompt workflow or small automation
• Strong triage judgment: you can decide what's urgent, what can wait, and when to escalate
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, comfortable with high volume of small requests
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic data work such as filters and pivot tables
• Clear, friendly written communication, especially in Slack and documentation
• Able to work from San Francisco office Tuesday through Thursday
