Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure or real estate investing, venture or growth investing, management consulting, or comparable corporate finance or corporate development role
• Hands-on experience structuring, modeling, and executing complex transactions from first look through close
• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, with judgment to turn analysis into clear recommendation
• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with senior leadership and external counterparties
• High ownership and comfort with ambiguity: you want to build the process, not inherit one
• Genuine interest in AI infrastructure and the economics of compute
