Requirements

• 5+ years as TPM on infrastructure, cloud or customer-facing technical programs
• Comfortable with ML infra, Kubernetes, GPUs and distributed systems
• Experience running cross-team programs without formal authority
• Calm in escalations with strong structure and follow-through
• Clear concise writing for engineers and execs
• High ownership with process-improvement mindset
