Requirements

• Deep technical program management experience running programs of similar scope and complexity
• Experience program-managing model performance or inference optimization work
• Demonstrated comfort with ambiguity and zero-to-one program building
• Proven ability to influence without authority across engineers, managers, and leadership
• Excellent written and verbal communication making technical programs legible
• High-agency decision making with ownership, accountability and drive to get things done
