Ideal candidate
A creative, rigorous hands-on engineer with 5+ years building diagnostic devices who loves owning problems end-to-end from concept to prototype and working at the intersection of engineering and biology to cure disease.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in engineering plus 5+ years post-graduate hands-on engineering experience
- Non-engineering degree holders need 6+ years hands-on hardware engineering experience
- Demonstrated experience designing, prototyping, testing and troubleshooting diagnostic or point-of-care devices
- Wet lab experience with cell culture and basic molecular biology
- Experience with reagent stabilization/lyophilization or dried-reagent formulation
- Knowledge of Python and experience with microfluidics and microfabrication

- Hybrid, onsite at least 60% (~3 days/week)
