Requirements
- Owned post-training for a frontier generative model through release with measurable quality wins
- Deep experience across reward modeling, preference learning, RLHF/RLAIF and personalization
- Comfortable across text-to-image, image editing, multi-reference and ideally video
- Strong PyTorch fluency with research code others can build on
- Experience with distillation or high-throughput eval pipelines is a strong plus
- Bias toward shipping measurable improvements to users
