Hands-on product engineering leader who loves building polished experiences, coaching engineers, and partnering with Product and Design to ship fast with high craft and urgency.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product engineering experience including leading or managing engineers
• Strong current technical ability to contribute to architecture, design reviews and production code
• Experience building polished, customer-facing product surfaces with strong product taste
• Track record of coaching engineers, giving feedback and handling performance issues
• Experience working directly with Product and Design to set direction and make tradeoffs
• Track record of hiring strong product engineers including sourcing and closing
• Comfort with both visible product work and foundations like billing, files and on-call health
