Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in executive support, executive operations, or similar role supporting senior executives at a fast-moving, high-growth company
• High agency; creates structure where none exists and solves problems without a fully defined playbook
• Comfortable managing and diplomatically pushing back on strong personalities, competing priorities, and changing plans
• Able to coach executives on how to work effectively with an executive partner
• Equally strong at tactical support (calendars, travel) and higher-leverage work (planning, operating rhythms)
• Excellent judgment about what to own directly, when to push, and when to escalate
• Strong writer and communicator who can get a room aligned
• Handle confidential information and sensitive situations with maturity and discretion
• Bonus points for experience with first-time founders or building operating rhythms from scratch
