Requirements

• 1-2 years in BDR/SDR or GTM outbound prospecting, or equivalent VC/IB sourcing experience
• Track record of exceeding outbound activity and pipeline targets
• Ability to research companies and build conviction from the outside in
• Relentless drive with bias toward action and finding a way through
• Exceptional written and verbal communication that earns responses
• High accountability managing complex workload with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree from top-tier university with strong academic performance
