- 3-6 years as an operator at a high-growth tech startup or in strategy consulting (MBB or similar)
- High agency - proactive self-starter who operates autonomously in ambiguous environments
- Customer-facing chops with ability to drive conversations with executives
- Semi-technical - comfortable building lightweight systems and understands core system design concepts
- Genuine interest with founder-level hunger and enthusiasm for voice and audio technology
