- Strong portfolio of demos, apps, tutorials, workshops or developer programs
- Experience leading a DevRel function with results in developer adoption
- Experience managing and developing technical contributors, including feedback and performance
- Track record delivering technical launches with Product, Engineering and creative partners
- Experience turning developer insights into product and docs improvements
