Requirements

• 10+ years legal experience on data center real estate and infrastructure transactions
• Experience negotiating complex leases or colocation agreements
• Familiarity with single-tenant facilities and behind-the-meter power arrangements
• Track record leading sophisticated transactions with business and technical teams
• Ability to negotiate technical compute, power and operations terms
• Experience with diligence, regulatory issues and dispute resolution
• J.D. and active bar admission required
• Mix of leading law firm and in-house experience preferred
