Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics or related field or equivalent experience
- 10+ years hands-on layout of complex high-speed multilayer PCBs
- Expertise defining stackups, impedance, routing rules and constraints
- Experience with dense BGA fanout, HDI, blind/buried vias, microvias and backdrilling
- Working knowledge of SI/PI, EMI/EMC, thermal and high-current design
- Experience applying IPC standards and DFM, DFA, DFT requirements
- Ability to create complete fabrication and assembly release packages
- Experience with server, datacenter or AI accelerator hardware
