Requirements

• 4+ years in federal business operations, capture management, or revenue strategy
• Deep fluency in federal procurement, contract vehicles, FAR/DFARS, and capture lifecycle
• Strong analytical foundation with modeling and storytelling skills
• Track record building capture programs from scratch in fast-moving environments
• Comfort operating without a playbook with low-ego, hands-on mindset
• Based in Washington, DC or willing to relocate
• Security clearance preferred, or ability to obtain one
