Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination and operations
• Experience supporting multiple regions or working across time zones is highly desirable
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable working with ATS and HRIS platforms (Ashby preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Professional, discreet, and confident working with confidential information
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment
