Requirements

• 3+ years in IT engineering, systems administration, technical support, or related role
• Bachelor's in computer science, IT, or related field or equivalent practical experience
• Experience delivering high-quality hands-on IT support in an onsite environment
• Broad workplace IT familiarity with depth in at least two disciplines
• Experience administering identity, SaaS, or collaboration platforms
• Ability to write and maintain scripts or integrations in a modern language
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
• Strong judgment, communication, and organization with ownership of ambiguous problems
