Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT engineering, systems administration, technical support, or a related role
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related discipline or equivalent practical experience
• Experience delivering high-quality, hands-on IT support in an onsite environment
• Broad familiarity with modern workplace IT with depth in at least two disciplines
• Experience administering identity, SaaS, or collaboration platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Zoom, or Microsoft 365
• Ability to write and maintain scripts or integrations in TypeScript, Python, or another modern language
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, wired and wireless networks and troubleshooting
• Strong judgment, communication, and organization with track record of carrying ambiguous problems through implementation and operation
