• Juggle many starts, owners and deadlines while anticipating issues and following up proactively
• Manage background checks, I-9 verification, employee records and HR system setup accurately and on time
• Coordinate travel, laptop deliveries, systems access and first-week schedules
• Keep Recruiting, IT, managers, office teams and immigration partners aligned with clear ownership
• Improve checklists, handoffs and communications to make onboarding more reliable
