Ideal candidate

A technically strong engineer who thrives in ambiguous partner environments and loves multiplying impact by enabling GSI teams. You take ownership of outcomes and move quickly from concept to working deployment.

Requirements

• Degree in STEM field and a strong engineering foundation from a rigorous technical environment
• Demonstrated track record of exceptional performance in academic, professional, or entrepreneurial pursuits
• Experience working with or alongside large engineering teams (enterprise or services environments preferred)
• Strong communication skills; you can engage credibly and build relationships with senior partner leaders, architects, and executives
• High tolerance for ambiguity, intensity, and sustained effort when required
• Willingness to travel 25–50%, including frequent travel to India and partner/customer sites
