Requirements

• 5+ years in payroll, accounting operations, or finance operations with ownership of complex payroll in high-growth environment
• Deep domestic and international payroll experience including EORs, global providers, and cross-border matters
• Strong command of US payroll tax compliance including withholding, deposits, filings, reconciliations, and year-end reporting
• Working knowledge of international payroll tax and withholding with judgment to coordinate with providers and advisors
• Fluency with enterprise payroll platforms such as ADP, Workday, or Rippling including configuration and vendor management
