Requirements

• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience at high-growth technology companies with strength in technical hiring
• Experience recruiting for G&A functions including finance, legal, people and operations
• Understanding of enterprise software, SaaS, AI, infrastructure, developer tools or cloud markets
• Experience hiring across multiple EMEA markets including local dynamics and compensation norms
• Ability to source, engage and close high-calibre passive candidates without relying on inbound or agencies
• Strong stakeholder management with confidence to advise and push back with senior leaders
• High agency, ownership, attention to detail with comfort in fast-changing 0-to-1 environments
• Based in or willing to relocate to London and work from London office
